The short version

If the premium unlock didn't work, we'll fix it. The $0.99 tier gives you three extra ratings.

If the unlock failed to apply, email us within 30 days and we will either restore the unlock or refund the charge. We process refunds in two to five business days. We do not refund unused ratings.
